The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, along with a clear unpacking video and proof of purchase.

Once the return is verified and approved, store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days and can be used for future purchases.

  • Cancellations are non-refundable for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders.
