Very disappointing experience. I waited almost 3 months for these heels for my wedding, and the product arrived defective, the handwork was inconsistent. Despite the issue being clearly a manufacturing defect, the brand refused replacement solely because I did not have an unpacking video.
For a high-value, time-sensitive order, this response is extremely unfair, infact she didn’t even respond back to my texts. Poor quality control and even poorer customer support. Would not recommend.
I really liked the product the quality is amazing the fit is perfect. Delivery does take a while around a month but the product is worth the wait.
