Wrong sizing mentioned on website, wrong product sent (wrong size as well as wrong color), on top of it no adequate customer support. I asked for exchange and didn't get satisfactory answer. I thought of getting smaller size since the one they sent me was tight but they said small one also similar size!! I measure ld with measuring tape and the size was definitely not what i ordered but they refused to believe and said- "aise to wo b measuring tape se measure kar k bol skte h sahi size hai". I dont know such type of customer handling will take them where in business but definitely i lost trust on delhi regions Instagram shopping pages because heard of such incidents only of that region based websites!
