I placed an order on 13th April and, even after more than a month, I have not received my product. What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of communication. I have sent multiple messages requesting an update on my order status, but none of them have been answered.
As a customer, I expected timely delivery or at least a response regarding the delay. The absence of any update or customer support has been extremely frustrating and has left me feeling misled. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this website.
